Senior Field Consultant – Franchise Performance (Philippines)

About the role

The Senior Field Consultant (Manager of Franchise Performance) will act as the primary liaison between Subway and its franchise owners across North Luzon, including Bulacan, Pampanga and Tarlac. You will protect brand integrity by coaching, influencing and measuring franchisee performance, helping them maximise profitability and prepare for portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned franchise portfolio regularly to identify opportunities, conduct business reviews and celebrate achievements.
• Educate, motivate and influence franchisees on operations, sales, cost control, profit management and local marketing.
• Communicate and enforce brand standards and initiatives across all locations.
• Collaborate with third‑party operational excellence teams and follow up on their visits.
• Develop business plans, set specific goals and devise strategies for sales growth, traffic, cost control and marketing.
• Report directly to the Head of Franchise Performance for the region.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in franchise performance, business consulting or comparable field.
• Proven ability to coach and influence franchise owners to improve profitability.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and develop actionable plans.
