Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to our US‑based C‑suite executives. This remote position operates in a fast‑paced global environment, requiring proactive coordination across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel for C‑level leaders.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
• Act as the primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
• Facilitate communication and follow‑up on action items to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, multinational setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
