Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Remote)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to work remotely for a client that builds Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The position focuses on technical development, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 CE, especially in Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and guide implementation decisions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Strong hands‑on coding experience with plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client‑side scripting, and Dataverse development.
• Proven ability to design complex solutions that go beyond out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Availability to work overlapping Polish business hours (approximately 15:00–23:00 Manila time during Polish summer).

• Salary range: 100,000 – 160,000 PHP
