Senior Direct Tax Associate – Global Delivery Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Direct Tax Associate to join its Global Delivery Services team in Taguig City. You will work on complex tax compliance engagements across multiple jurisdictions, supporting clients as they navigate evolving tax regulations such as BEPS Pillar Two.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and related services.
• Review cash tax forecasts and provide monthly or quarterly reports to clients.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet tax accounts, collect supporting documentation, and ensure accurate balances.
• Participate in special tax compliance projects, including BEPS Pillar Two initiatives.
• Collaborate with EY country teams and international engagement teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Four to six years of relevant tax compliance experience.
• CPA designation preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of corporate income tax, withholding tax, and tax reconciliations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work directly with client teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (dynamic tables, intermediate‑advanced formulas).
