Senior DevOps Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to design, implement and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for our fintech solutions. You will work closely with Scrum Teams, developers, QA and platform engineers to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration management with Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Collaborate with Scrum Teams to address DevOps requests, resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor system performance, project metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Administer and troubleshoot DevOps tools, environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Conduct code and infrastructure reviews, enforce best practices and mentor junior engineers.
• Assist in capacity planning, system monitoring and proactive issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong background in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD automation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
