Senior Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications and business systems. The role involves hands‑on coding, architectural decisions, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and internal systems.
• Lead technical discussions, solution architecture, and system design initiatives.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate APIs, third‑party services, and database solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical knowledge‑sharing.
• Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and continuous development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in software or application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#, Python, and PHP.
• Solid understanding of web application development and software architecture.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems and structured development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud technologies or enterprise systems is a plus.
