Senior Design Officer – Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Officer to lead the architectural design and execution of our store opening, renovation and expansion projects across the Philippines. The role combines creative design development with hands‑on project management, ensuring concepts are turned into functional, code‑compliant spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project needs, prepare feasibility reports and design proposals for cafés, kiosks and commissaries.
• Create detailed CAD drawings, renderings, color boards and architectural plans for management approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, project management heads and operations teams to ensure design adherence and timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, adjust designs as needed and compile progress reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, permits and regulatory documentation, liaising with local government agencies.
• Perform punch‑listing, turnover activities and finalize work‑completion reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of experience in retail, residential or commercial design and construction management.
• Proven portfolio of retail/restaurant design projects (owner‑side experience is a plus).
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites for inspections and meetings.
• Available to start immediately at our corporate office in ARCA South, Taguig City.
