Senior Data Analyst – Risk Metrics & Cybersecurity

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will design, develop, analyze and interpret business, technology and cybersecurity risk metrics, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision‑making and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends across KRIs, KCIs and KPIs to spot emerging risks and control weaknesses.
• Develop executive‑level insights and narratives for risk committees and senior leadership.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Technology teams to improve metric interpretation and support thematic reviews.
• Contribute to evolving the technology risk metrics framework and reporting approach.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, risk management, cybersecurity or technology governance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
• Proven skill translating technical data into clear business‑focused insights.
• Experience supporting executive or committee‑level reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query & VBA Macro).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Data querying and analysis with Python or R.
• Business Intelligence tools: PowerBI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau.
• Data manipulation, ETL processes, data warehousing, data mining and predictive analytics.
