Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital, media and advertising projects. This hybrid, full‑time contract position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, scope and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from kickoff through delivery, maintaining up‑to‑date project plans, statements of work and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, schedule key milestones such as brainstorms, reviews and client approvals.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation and capacity using appropriate tools and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal processes and quality standards while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, adapting style to audience.
• Proactively solve problems, capture learnings and apply them to future initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, team coordination or similar roles, preferably within digital, media or advertising environments.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Hands‑on experience creating budgets, statements of work and contracts.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings and deliver high‑quality output.
• Curious, motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
