Senior Content Specialist - DBOR Transformation

About the role

A Senior Content Specialist plays a key role in the DBOR Transformation programme, shaping the future operating model, data workflows and tooling capabilities of Content Operations. Working closely with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations teams, the role refines business requirements, supports solution design, drives adoption and ensures successful delivery of transformational change. It sits at the forefront of AI, automation and product-led transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Content Infrastructure Owners to turn strategic requirements into executable operational solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, automation and agent-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Define, document and maintain operating models, process documentation and operational standards.
• Support data modelling by documenting business rules, workflows, dependencies and requirements, and assess the impact of proposed changes.
• Lead business testing and validation, gather user feedback and facilitate knowledge transfer on new tools.
• Analyse data sources, lineage, business rules and processing logic to support DBOR design, implementation and optimisation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on DBOR processes and data workflows, and proactively improve processes, data quality and user experience.

Required profile

• Experience delivering business, operational, data or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements and operating models, and supporting technology implementations, platform migrations or operational change programmes.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams and to manage change.
• Desirable: experience in financial services, market data, data management, content operations or related fields, and in Agile or product-led delivery.

Required skills

• Business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of data models, technology architectures and system workflows.
• Preferred: experience with AI agents, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL or low-code platforms.
