Senior Business Development

About the role

The Senior Business Development professional will drive outbound client acquisition across DTC, FMCG, beauty, fashion and consumer‑tech brands in the Philippines. You will craft and present tailored proposals, manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound client acquisition: hunt, prospect and engage decision‑makers across target verticals.
• Solution pitching: develop and present customized TSP proposals highlighting ROI of content commerce, live shopping and creator affiliate networks.
• Full‑cycle sales management: oversee lead generation, cold outreach, pitch delivery, contract negotiation and closure.
• Market intelligence: monitor e‑commerce trends, competitor TSP offerings and emerging TikTok Shop features.
• Client handover: work with account and execution teams to align scope and ensure seamless onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience within digital agencies, e‑commerce, media or MCNs in the Philippines.
• Strong familiarity with the TikTok Shop ecosystem, live commerce mechanics and TSP operational frameworks.
• Existing network of brand marketers, e‑commerce managers or agency partners in the local market.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
