Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine offshore partner of RingCentral, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Manila. The analyst provides data-driven, actionable insights for the Sales Operations organization, answers critical business questions, influences executive decisions and drives initiatives that improve operational excellence and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, frame and answer operational and growth-oriented questions.
• Deliver data narratives and high-impact recommendations to senior management.
• Establish reporting cadences to build a data-driven mindset across business units.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of business challenges and use AI and machine learning tools for forward-looking insights and automated reporting.
• Design analytical solutions tailored to business context, system constraints and available data.
• Query, manipulate and analyse large datasets across relational databases and distributed systems.
• Build and maintain management reports and dashboards to track daily performance.
• Audit, validate and troubleshoot commission data with Finance and Sales Compensation teams.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of confirmed experience in data analytics supporting business operations.
• Excellent oral and written English for stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to work night shifts (12 am to 9 am Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday) and a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
• Nice to have: college graduate with a quantitative or analytical degree, past exposure to SaaS, sales operations or consulting.

Required skills

• Data analytics and reporting with MS Excel and Tableau.
• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Understanding of sales commission structures and commission auditing.
• Nice to have: SQL, Hadoop, ICM platforms (Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions).
