Senior Bookkeeper – Remote Night Shift

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our remote team supporting restaurant‑industry clients. This home‑based position works the night shift (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT) and offers a sign‑on bonus equal to 50% of the basic salary.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
- Reconcile bank and credit‑card statements.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Manage accounts‑payable tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and CRM platforms.
Required profile
- Proven bookkeeping experience, specifically with QuickBooks Online.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Freshdesk (or similar CRM platform) – advantage
