Senior Audit Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure high‑quality audit deliverables for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and internal controls while providing actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assign detailed audit work to associates and review their working papers.
• Review financial statements, income‑tax returns and other compliance reports.
• Identify audit findings, suggest improvements to internal controls, and prepare management letters.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documents and information.
• Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements on schedule.
• Provide guidance and support to audit associates and ensure adherence to auditing standards, accounting standards, and firm policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
• CPA board passer.
• Experience in external audits.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Professional skepticism and willingness to challenge information.
