Senior Associate – Regulatory Affairs Strategy

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to lead regulatory strategy for new and existing eye‑care products. The role ensures that product registrations and licences are obtained and maintained in compliance with local regulations, supporting market continuity and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and support product registration applications according to the regulatory plan.
• Maintain and renew all product registrations and licences to ensure business continuity.
• Act as backup Company Pharmacist and liaise with local regulatory authorities and regional teams.
• Coordinate licence renewal, amendment, product lifecycle submissions and post‑market regulatory activities.
• Manage labeling text and packaging components to meet local registration details.
• Provide regulatory support for crisis management, product recall and stock‑out situations.
• Monitor regulatory projects and report on the regulatory environment monthly.
• Support marketing with regulatory information and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Industrial Pharmacy.
• Experience in regulatory affairs for pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
