Senior Architect / Team Lead (Remote, Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Team Lead to guide a remote team of architects and deliver high‑quality multi‑family and commercial projects. The role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, ensuring smooth project execution, client communication, and adherence to BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, coordinating daily priorities and workload.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the architectural team.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and team performance to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, models, and documentation before client submission.
• Develop and maintain Revit models for multi‑family and commercial projects.
• Produce and review drawing packages from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Utilize BIM 360 for model coordination and document management.
• Review and markup drawings using Bluebeam.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including multi‑family and commercial projects.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring an architectural team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360 for coordination and document management.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review and markup.
