Senior Architect & Revit Modeler

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect who will also act as a Revit Modeler to support our UAE office from the Philippines. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers and designers to deliver high‑quality BIM models and construction documents for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed drawings and BIM models that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, 3‑D models, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of technical and design documentation, including Revit model development.
• Coordinate with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to generate technical documentation for multiple projects.
• Oversee quality checks of design and technical documents and perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Ensure quality assurance and dimensional accuracy of project models and drawings.
• Self‑manage drafting processes, data and modeling information.
• Mentor and up‑skill the design team on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Solid experience with architectural detailing and interior documentation (joinery, finishes).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform self‑reviews.
• Knowledge of regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ESD concepts and Revit Insight plugin is a plus.
• Availability to work from 12:00 NN to 21:00 PM.
