Senior Architect – Revit & Australian Standards

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Revit Architect to act as the primary liaison for project delivery. The role is fully remote and aligns with Australian business hours, offering the chance to lead large‑scale commercial, retail and mixed‑use projects from detailed design through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of complex, large‑scale projects.
• Produce advanced Revit models and detailed architectural documentation, including waterproofing, drainage, fire separation and joinery.
• Ensure strict compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA codes and AS1428 accessibility requirements.
• Drive QA/QC processes and coordinate services with external consultants and engineering teams.
• Mentor Mid‑Level Architects and oversee project delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of professional experience in large‑scale commercial, retail or mixed‑use developments.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Revit.
• Deep understanding of Australian construction standards, NCC/BCA and AS1428.
• Extensive experience in complex detailing such as waterproofing, drainage, fire separation and high‑traffic areas.
• Strong ability to create detailed sections, joinery layouts and architectural schedules.
