Senior Analyst – Treasury Finance & Financial Control

About the role

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Treasury and Business Finance (TBF) team in Manila. The role focuses on financial control and analysis, ensuring the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the bank’s financial books and records.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile and close month‑end General Ledger for Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, adjusting entries to reflect structured trades and GAAP.
• Investigate and clear exceptions, collaborating with Revenue Control, Operations, and Transaction Accounting to maintain clean MAFA and FOBO reconciliations.
• Improve and link upstream/downstream processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement standardized methodologies and output formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent; professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) or a Master’s degree are a plus.
• Understanding of a range of financial products and markets; knowledge of US‑GAAP/IAS is beneficial.
• Strong investigative and problem‑resolution abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a change‑mindset to support Deutsche Bank’s transformation program.
