Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity – Endpoint Security

About the role

The Senior Analyst will join the IS Threat Management team and report to the Cybersecurity Manager. This position focuses on endpoint security administration, vulnerability management, and supporting network security initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support and change management for endpoint security solutions, including anti‑malware, DLP, EDR and encryption.
• Evaluate security exception requests, review alerts, and determine true or false positives.
• Analyze threat reports from endpoint tools and recommend remediation plans.
• Maintain OS level configuration, patch management standards, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for endpoint technologies and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT teams.
• Support complex technical projects, author documentation, and tune security policies to protect sensitive data.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in information systems security with a focus on vulnerability and endpoint security.
• Strong understanding of malware families, OS exploits, and endpoint hardening techniques.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, virtual platforms, and encryption technologies.
• Ability to work across a geographically dispersed organization and communicate effectively in English.
