Senior Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and provide efficient support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and office support activities.
• Supervise and guide administrative staff.
• Manage company fleet, assets, and facilities, including utilities and lease renewals.
• Process and monitor business permits and renewals.
• Ensure administrative activities follow company policies and standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative concerns.
• Support ISO standards and implementation initiatives when applicable.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience in an administrative role.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and implementation.
