Security Supervisor – Temple (Alabang, Philippines)

About the role

The Temple Security Supervisor ensures that sacred ordinances are protected, recorded accurately, and that patrons enjoy a safe, uplifting environment. This onsite role oversees all security operations for the Alabang Philippines Temple, maintaining high standards set by Church leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise all security personnel, creating schedules and assignments to guarantee full coverage.
• Hire, orient, and train security staff, ensuring they are qualified in first aid and CPR.
• Recommend and implement procedures to reduce theft, vandalism, and liability, including installation and maintenance of electronic alarms and surveillance systems.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety hazards and respond to emergencies, ensuring all posts are covered.
• Maintain incident logs, communicate with the building engineer, and keep payroll timesheets for security staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate with local law‑enforcement and fire officials.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in law enforcement or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of law‑enforcement or comparable security experience, plus two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• First aid and CPR certification.
