About the role
The Security Manager will oversee all security personnel and operations within the assigned mall or building in Zamboanga. This role ensures a safe environment for customers, employees, guests, and other stakeholders while complying with company policies and government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and schedule security staff across the assigned premises.
- Develop and enforce security procedures to protect people and property.
- Monitor daily operations, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents promptly.
- Coordinate with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements.
- Organize training sessions and performance evaluations for security personnel.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in the security industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any four‑year program.
- Strong knowledge of security regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
