SCCM & Intune Consultant – Endpoint Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SCCM & Intune Consultant to lead endpoint management operations across our enterprise environment. You will ensure platform health, drive patch compliance, and automate routine tasks while supporting a multi‑platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM, handling enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and RBAC.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; conduct routine health checks and validations.
• Execute software patching via SCCM, manage ADRs, maintenance windows, deployment schedules, and compliance reporting.
• Drive vulnerability remediation, investigate non‑compliant devices, and support compliance dashboards.
• Support OS deployments, task sequences, driver/BIOS packaging, and in‑place upgrades.
• Package and deploy applications, manage dependencies, supersedence, detection methods, and deployment rings.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues, participate in incident bridges, and follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts, create runbooks, and pilot AI tools for ticket summarization and log analysis.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on SCCM/MECM administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proven track record in endpoint health monitoring, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong experience participating in major incident and war‑room activities.
