Scaffolder (NC2) – 2 Years Experience – PHP 22k – Kawit, Cavite

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our construction team in Kawit, Cavite. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding structures while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffold layout and positioning.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using appropriate methods and install guardrails, toe boards and other safety features.
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions, coordinating with site managers and other construction workers.
• Maintain and store scaffolding equipment properly and follow all company safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NC2 Certificate (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a scaffolder or in a similar role.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of various scaffolding systems and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding work.
