SAP Support Consultant – MM & PM

About the role

DyFlex is seeking an SAP Support Consultant specialized in Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, helping customers resolve incidents, implement minor enhancements, and optimise business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional SAP MM and PM support for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP application issues promptly.
• Analyse business requirements and configure SAP solutions accordingly.
• Support core MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, valuation, and logistics invoicing.
• Support PM processes including master data, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams for debugging, transport management, and root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as part of a roster.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting SAP MM and PM modules in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Materials Management and Plant Maintenance processes.
• Experience in an SAP Application Support or AMS environment.
• Ability to analyse issues independently and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business users.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, SLAs, and support platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SAP Solution Manager).
