SAP FICO Professional Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) projects within its digital transformation practice. You will work with clients in Makati to design, implement, and optimise SAP S/4HANA finance solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations, including rollout, upgrade and support activities.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and define the future (“To‑Be”) state of finance processes.
• Develop deployment strategies, roadmaps and performance measurement frameworks.
• Execute large‑scale, multi‑site ERP change programmes and related transformation initiatives.
• Support pursuit teams in tender preparation, proposal development and client acquisition.
• Coach junior team members, resolve issues, and ensure delivery quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Commitment to ethical standards and firm code of conduct.
