SAP FICO Professional Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Professional Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients in the Philippines. You will work within the SAP Consulting Services line, helping organisations maximize the value of their SAP investments across finance, supply chain, and other enterprise functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify challenges, and define “To‑Be” processes and performance metrics.
• Co‑develop deployment strategies, roadmaps, and enablement plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive large‑scale, multi‑site S/4HANA rollouts and related transformational change initiatives.
• Support pursuit teams in tender access, proposal development, and project delivery.
• Resolve issues that impede team effectiveness and coach junior staff.
• Analyze complex proposals, build recommendations, and use data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Maintain ethical standards and uphold PwC’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SAP Finance & Controlling projects at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change across multiple sites and organizational structures.
