SAP EPPM Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services / EPPM Lead to design, configure and deliver Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) and Professional Services solutions. The role will drive project‑centric business processes for consulting, outsourcing, engineering and related professional services organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM and Professional Services scope, including project creation, WBS definition, resource assignment, billing and revenue recognition.
• Lead fit‑to‑standard workshops and process‑design sessions covering the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Sales, HR and Procurement to ensure accurate project financials and compliance.
• Configure and deploy EPPM structures, budgeting, resource planning, time confirmation, cost capture and billing processes.
• Manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Oversee event‑based revenue recognition configuration and monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM and Professional Services projects.
• Strong understanding of project‑centric finance, resource management and billing processes.
• Ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders and drive solution adoption.
• Experience managing integrations with adjacent SAP solutions.
