SAP BTP Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Application Developer to design, build and deliver cloud‑native SAP applications. The role involves both front‑end development with JavaScript frameworks and back‑end services using NodeJS, ABAP or native HANA modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Cloud Platform applications using cloud‑native programming models.
• Develop solutions on CAP, RAP or XSA programming models.
• Extend, create and automate applications with JavaScript, ABAP RAP or low‑code tools.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate in an agile team, applying iterative development and cross‑functional practices.

Required profile

• Minimum two completed SAP BTP application projects from design to go‑live.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in SAP BTP development.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Manila and thrive under pressure.
• Positive attitude, initiative and strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• SAP BTP services (CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma).
• CAP, RAP, XSA programming models.
• JavaScript, NodeJS, ABAP, Python, HANA SQL.
• SAP UI5, ReactJS.
• Knowledge of generative AI‑assisted development.
