Salesforce Lead Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Architect to drive the design and delivery of high‑impact Salesforce solutions. You will guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure our implementations follow best‑in‑class architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects from concept through deployment.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to refine specifications and create innovative solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and manage internal system integrations.
• Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and junior architects.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and manage associated risks.
• Maintain administrative functions such as user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Lead, with a solid grasp of Salesforce best practices.
• More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce‑related roles.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
