Salesforce Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to head its Salesforce consulting practice in the South East Asia region. The role will shape the strategic direction of the Salesforce team, drive delivery excellence, and partner with regional alliances to create value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce practice aligned with PwC’s business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers, project leaders and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Champion innovative delivery approaches to improve efficiency and client impact.
• Collaborate with regional Salesforce alliance teams to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring timelines, budgets and client satisfaction are met.
• Manage client stakeholders, governance, delivery quality, and project economics.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience across multiple Salesforce applications.
• Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
