Salesforce Core Developer Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team as a Salesforce Core Developer. In this role you will work closely with functional leads, technical architects, and delivery managers to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and develop user stories within the current sprint, following Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Functional Lead, Developer Lead/Manager, and Technical Architect to clarify requirements and solution design.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Participate in release cycles, deploying new features and updates to existing applications.
• Test application stability and functionality, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure security and data integrity.
• Produce technical documentation and provide recommendations aligned with Salesforce and industry best practices.
• Raise critical design issues to the Technical Architect and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a consulting environment and delivering high‑quality software on time.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, ask insightful questions, and grow technical expertise.
