Salesforce Analyst – Hybrid (Taguig)

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join our client’s digital team in Taguig. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week in the office, and focuses on configuring and extending the Fusion Framework on Salesforce to support business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Fusion Framework, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes and custom metadata.
• Develop and optimise Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce components as needed.
• Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles and sharing rules following security best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems such as ServiceNow, email platforms and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot system issues, bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain system documentation and provide end‑user support or training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proven experience with the Fusion Framework or similar managed packages.
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
