Sales Training Manager

About the role

SEAOIL is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Manager to design, deliver, and oversee training programs that equip sales teams across North Luzon with the knowledge and skills needed to sell electric vehicles effectively. This role combines expertise in automotive sales with a passion for emerging EV technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement EV‑focused sales training programs covering product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and dealership protocols.
• Standardize and monitor sales process execution across all North Luzon branches to ensure consistency.
• Conduct in‑person training and coaching through regular branch visits, including role‑playing and skills assessments.
• Provide comprehensive EV product knowledge, including technical features, environmental benefits, charging infrastructure, and incentives.
• Lead onboarding for newly hired sales consultants and ensure readiness to represent the brand.
• Assess training effectiveness using sales performance metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Branch Heads to identify performance gaps and align training with sales targets.
• Develop and update training materials such as modules, presentations, scripts, and quick‑reference guides.
• Organize refresher and upskilling sessions to keep teams adaptable in the fast‑evolving EV market.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales training experience in the automotive industry, preferably in multi‑brand or regional dealership settings.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training modules on sales processes and product knowledge.
• Experience conducting field training, coaching, and performance monitoring across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of EV technologies, automotive trends, and dealership operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to branches in North Luzon.
