Sales Trainer & Training Team Lead (Onsite, BGC Taguig)

About the role

We are expanding our BGC, Taguig office and are looking for two on‑site professionals to strengthen our training function. The first role focuses on delivering high‑impact onboarding and sales skill workshops for new agents, while the second role leads a team of trainers, ensuring training programs align with client KPIs and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding sessions and product training for new hires.
• Conduct up‑skilling workshops covering sales psychology, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Provide real‑time coaching during the nesting phase to help agents meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to identify performance gaps and run refresher trainings.
• For the Team Lead: supervise, coach and evaluate a group of Sales Trainers.
• Align training curricula with campaign KPIs and continuously improve content based on metrics.
• Analyze graduation rates and post‑training performance to refine programs.
• Coordinate regularly with Operations, QA and client stakeholders to meet training timelines.

Required profile

• Sales Trainer: 1–2 years of experience delivering sales training in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Training Team Lead: 2–3 years of supervisory experience in training or operations within a BPO, preferably sales‑focused.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to work 100 % onsite in BGC, Taguig.
