Sales Trainer – Onboarding & Performance Coaching

About the role

The Sales Trainer will lead onboarding and continuous development initiatives for the sales network, ensuring that staff are equipped with the latest processes, tools, and performance techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training courses for new and existing sales staff.
• Test sales force performance, analyze results and identify gaps for re‑training.
• Initiate action plans to improve individual and team performance.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and support quality control of sales activities.
• Develop and maintain training materials using traditional and non‑traditional methods such as e‑learning and video modules.

Required profile

• Knowledge of conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis.
• Minimum 6 months experience in adult training, teaching or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Ability to produce timely, professional documentation of process or policy updates.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communicator who can clarify tasks and responsibilities across departments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for constant coordination with various teams.
