Sales Tools Specialist

About the role

The Sales Tools Specialist will drive revenue growth and improve sales force effectiveness by mastering and supporting the suite of sales enablement tools used by our organization. You will act as the primary expert for CRM platforms and related applications, ensuring new hires and existing staff get maximum value from these systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a power‑user and subject‑matter expert for all sales CRM platforms, including GCRM, Salesforce, and CPQ.
• Lead training and onboarding for new sales hires on tools such as Zoom, Adobe Sign, SalesPro, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date training documentation and best‑practice guides.
• Administer tool access, perform testing for major releases, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps, Regional Managers, and VPs to gather feedback and continuously improve the training program.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, CRM administration, or training environments.
• BS degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong business acumen, initiative, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work night shifts and follow US holidays.
