Sales Specialist – Online Sellers & Small Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to promote LBC products and services, focusing on online sellers and small accounts. The role involves acquiring new customers, expanding the existing client base, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and sell to new customers while increasing revenue from existing accounts.
• Contact online sellers and customers to present LBC products, services and offers.
• Provide product education and sales support, answer inquiries and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the system and assist with activations.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal units.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales support and Management to ensure effective communication and sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, developments and regulations affecting target markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year program).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with confidence in selling.
• Organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to present information to clients and address business concerns.
• Comfortable working across functions in a digital‑savvy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
