About the role
MicroSourcing is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join its onsite team in Cagayan de Oro. Working the night shift, you will engage warm leads, promote services and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads.
- Close sales and upsell additional services.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment.
- Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
