Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering enterprise IT solutions. This position focuses on prospecting new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and qualify potential clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and coordinate with channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored enterprise IT solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven lead generation and prospecting experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or technology solutions.
• Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, and quotation preparation.
• Background in channel sales or partner management.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati, manage time effectively, and meet targets with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
