Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for the TOYO brand, a leading line of fire‑rated steel doors and frames. Based on‑site in Balintawak, Quezon City, the role focuses on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with production capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to strengthen the TOYO brand.
• Manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and close B2B deals in the architectural metal products sector.
• Oversee traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and analytics‑driven lead generation.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to produce forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to align sales initiatives with manufacturing capacity and product development.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for the sales and marketing team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and business development, preferably B2B or industrial products.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign development.
• Experience in the construction, architectural products, or manufacturing industry is a plus, especially within the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Professionalism, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
