About the role
We are seeking a Sales Manager for our printing and packaging company to lead sales initiatives, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and set sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Conduct market research and identify business development opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
Required profile
- Graduate in Business or Marketing.
- At least 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably female and experience in business forms or food packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Sales strategy and target setting.
- Sales team management.
- Market research and business development.
- Customer relationship management and customer service.
What we offer
- Salary range of 45,000–55,000 plus commission.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
