Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead corporate sales activities for Novotel Manila Araneta City, a premier hotel in the heart of Quezon City. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning sales strategies with market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor offers and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
• Develop account‑specific strategies and action plans.
• Prospect and convert new corporate accounts through the full sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals and contracts, and follow up with assigned corporate clients.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and prospects to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Results‑oriented with solid analytical skills.
• Proven experience in setting and achieving sales goals.
