Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Filinvest Hospitality by acquiring, developing and managing corporate accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, the role focuses on generating new business, strengthening existing client relationships and maximising revenue across rooms, meetings, events and other hotel services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and secure new corporate accounts to meet individual and departmental revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, telemarketing and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
• Promote hotel rooms, meeting facilities, dining outlets and special promotions to prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in trade shows, sales missions, roadshows and industry events to increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies and event organisers.
• Manage assigned accounts through regular communication, business reviews and after‑sales follow‑ups.
• Arrange site inspections, hotel presentations and familiarisation tours for clients.
• Support the generation and coordination of MICE, corporate events and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, account updates and business proposals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing and other departments to deliver effective service.
