About the role
As a Sales Appointment Setter you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to drive SiteMinder’s growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling sales meetings. The position is based in Manila with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
