Sales and Business Development Executive

About the role

Citadel is seeking a proactive Sales and Business Development Executive to generate new accounts, convert leads into sales, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure compliance, protect customers, and support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and turn sales leads into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to follow processing rules and safeguard financial interests.
• Build and maintain a network of local and international partners, including shipping lines and NVOCCs.
• Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities in line with company policy and management guidance.
• Maintain customer loyalty through regular visits, calls, and ongoing communication.
• Promote Citadel’s logistics solutions—Ocean Freight, Forwarding, Hub & Clearance—tailoring offers to client needs.
• Prepare quotations and offers, securing management approval before client submission.
