Sales Agent - Remote Telemarketing

About the role

Homeaglow is a start-up technology company offering cleaning services through a platform-based booking system, serving 50 US markets. It is hiring a Sales Agent who works remotely, contacting prospective customers by phone, text or email and turning warm and cold leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, text or email and convert warm and cold leads into sales
• Showcase the company's solutions using product knowledge and convince prospects to use existing vouchers
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Improve the workflow by creating and modifying call flows and scripts to raise conversion rates

Required profile

• Good to excellent English, spoken and written
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, persuasive and results-oriented
• Willingness to work 5 days a week, 9 hours each day (45-hour week), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch and a 30-minute paid break; holidays and rotating rest days
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech startup environment

Required skills

• Internet browser: Google Chrome (fully updated)
• Stable, fast internet (at least 25 Mbps upload and download)
• USB or Bluetooth headset with noise-canceling mic (wired preferred)
• Webcam
• Personal laptop or desktop: Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000 series or newer), 6 GB RAM minimum; after training, a second 24" monitor and 16 GB RAM with SSD storage

What we offer

• Base pay of $3 per hour (40 hours per week, 4.2 weeks per month, PHP 55 per dollar)
• 2-week training period and 2-week nesting period
• Graduation bonus of up to $500 and $4 per hour once endorsed to operations, plus sales incentives of $10-$50 per sale
