Sales Agent – Lead Generation & Client Management

About the role

The Sales Agent will be responsible for achieving sales targets by generating new leads, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with both prospective and existing customers. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients, showcase product samples and take orders.
• Schedule visits to major potential buyers by contacting prospects and arranging appointments.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers while generating new business using provided resources.
• Continuously develop and update knowledge of company products.
• Collaborate with fellow Sales Agents to identify the most effective sales methods.
• Report sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain personal records of sales, collections, and inventory allocation.
• Collect customer payments according to agreed terms.
• Comply with the company’s Quality Management System and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience meeting sales goals through lead generation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Strong product presentation and selling abilities.
• Excellent rapport‑building and negotiation skills.
