Runner – Support Team at a Copenhagen Restaurant

About the role
As a Runner at Seaside you will help keep the restaurant tidy and running smoothly during busy evenings and weekends. You will clear tables, support the service team and ensure the venue looks its best for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Assist with basic cleaning, dishwashing and maintaining a sparkling environment.
- Answer guest questions about the concept and menu, following guidance from the host.
- Support the service team with ad‑hoc tasks during peak periods.
Required profile
- Available to work evenings and weekends, preferably aged 16‑17.
- Fluent in Danish and English, with a friendly and collaborative attitude.
- Willing to learn on the job and follow a training buddy during the onboarding period.
